Latina professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders in transition—and allies who support equity, leadership, and cultural connection. All are welcome!
What makes this half-day summit different?
This summit focuses on real conversations and practical tools—not just inspiration. Through honest discussions, actionable workshops, and intentional networking, participants will work towards clarity on what’s holding them back and the confidence to move forward with purpose.
Do I have to be Latina to attend?
No. We center Latina experiences, but allies of all backgrounds are encouraged and welcome to attend.
Will there be networking?
Yes! In addition to a facilitated networking session, you’ll connect during breaks and meals. Introvert-friendly too—participate at your comfort level.
What's included in my ticket?
All programming including workshops, presentations, activities an on-arrival cafecito and networking lunch.
I'm in a life/career transition; Is this still for me?
Absolutely. This summit is made for people navigating change. You'll leave with clarity, tools, and a renewed sense of direction. It’s an investment in your success!
What should I wear or bring?
Attire is “be you!”. Show your flair and have fun. Feel free to bring a journal and pen, and your LinkedIn profile. If you have special dietary requirements, bring whatever you need to stay comfortable and satisfied.
What are the logistics?
Free parking is available on-site. The American Express Stadium Club is located inside Dignity Sports Park. You will need to pass through security, then follow the signs to our location. Be sure to arrive early to check in, grab a coffee and get settled. Programming starts at 9am sharp.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Refunds are available via written request until April 18, 2026. Transfers must be made by April 20, 2026. Email lilatinasla@gmail.com for help.
